Australian PM opens 'Oz Fest' in New Delhi

Australian Prime Minister, Julia Gillard, who came to India on a three-day visit, inaugurated the 'Oz Fest' in New Delhi and announced a scholarship in music under the name of Indian sitar maestro, Pandit Ravi Shankar.
