Badrish Dutt filed FIR on spot-fixing before his death

Delhi Police special cell inspector Badrish Dutt, a day before his mysterious death, had filed a police complaint that spot-fixing was to take place in the multi-crore T20 tournament and players would under-perform during agreed upon over's in exchange for huge amounts.
