BJP slams Congress over land allocation row in Haryana

BJP today came down heavily on Congress led Haryana government, which was pulled up by Punjab and Haryana High Court for alleged bending of rules in acquisition of land which was later given "on lease" to the Rajiv Gandhi Charitable Trust. Slamming Congress, BJP spokesperson Ravi Shankar Prasad, highlighted the irregularities observed in the allocation of Ullahawas village land near Gurgaon to the trust whose trustees include Sonia Gandhi, her son, Rahul Gandhi, and daughter Priyanka Vadra. In a bid to corner the Congress over the row, the BJP spokesperson also demanded strict and immediate action in the case.
