BJP wanted to trifurcate MCD: Sheila Dikshit

Days before the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) elections, Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit slammed Bharatiya Janata Party for opposing trifurcation of MCD saying they themselves wanted to do it.
