Campaign picks up in Bihar, blame game continues

As Bihar polls draw near, campaigning also picks up with senior leaders of all parties jumping into fray. RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav on Saturday slammed Prime Minister Manmohan Singh for his remarks on lack of development in the state, blaming Congress for not doing anything for state while being in power at the centre now and at state earlier.
