Celebrating Mother Teresa's 103rd Birth Anniversary

Special prayers were held at Missionaries of Charity, founded by Mother Teresa to mark her 103rd birth anniversary, in Kolkata today. A mass was held to celebrate Mother Teresa's birth anniversary, where nuns from the missionary and her followers congregated. The Superior General of Missionaries of Charity, Sister Prema, said that everyone prayed and remembered Mother Teresa for her teaching and seek her continual blessings. The Pope had beatified Mother Teresa in October 2003, paving the way for her canonisation, or being declared a saint.
