Chandrayaan-1 failed due to multiple factors

Indian Space Research Organisation, Chairman, G Madhavan Nair clarified on Monday that India's first moon mission, Chandrayaan-1, met with a premature end not as a result of 'heat stroke' alone since its onboard systems kept it cool at about 40 degrees Celsius, but as a result of multiple factors including primarily radiation.
