Chhattisgarh Assembly polls: BJP releases manifesto

Ahead of Assembly election in Chhattisgarh, chief minister Raman Singh on Wednesday released BJP's election manifesto in Raipur. Singh attempted to lure the voters especially the youth by announcing freebies for the college entrants.
