Chinese premier holds talks with PM Manmohan Singh

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh attended a welcome ceremony hosted by Chinese Premier Li Keqiang on Wednesday. Singh arrived at Beijing on Tuesday for the two-day state visit to China.
