CM Modi has failed to follow 'rajdharma' says JD (U)

Shivanand Tiwari, the national spokesperson for the Janata Dal United has slammed Modi's misgovernance. Tiwari alleged that Modi had failed to discharge 'raj dharma' or what is considered as the ruler's duty.
