Communal divide is BJP's strategy: Sonia Gandhi

Sonia Gandhi, in a rally at Moradabad, criticized BJP by saying that 'communal divide and infusing hatred is their strategy'. She further said that BJP was misleading the citizens by accusing Congress on issues of corruption but it was Congress which had empowered the citizens with RTI.
