Complaints against Naxal atrocities on the rise

In rural Jharkhand the tribals in naxal-affected areas are coming out in large numbers to file complaints now. In Latehar district, in villages including Garu, Mahuadanr and Netarhat, people want justice and are registering police complaints against Naxals in large numbers.
