Hitting back at the Congress for taking a jibe at Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, over the issue of collecting a registration fee of Rs. 5 per person for attending his rally in Andhra Pradesh, BJP said that the Congress is not making fun of Modi but the poor and unfortunate Uttarakhand victims. The BJP's Andhra Pradesh unit has stated that it will contribute the collected amount towards Uttarakhand relief.
