Cong should not preach about parliament functioning: BJP

The BJP on Tuesday stated that the Congress party should not preach about smooth parliament functioning to the opposition. BJP leader Shahnawaz Hussain said that his party wants to discuss key issues in parliament and it is the Congress that is not letting the parliament function properly.
