Congress is hesitant to give answers: Modi

While addressing the Indian American community at the conclusion of the two-day national convention of the Overseas Friends of BJP-USA, Gujarat chief and BJP's PM candidate for 2014 polls, Narendra Modi on Sunday said that development was there for all to see in BJP ruled states; however Congress was hesitant to give answers regarding the same.
