Consultation in Copenhagen accord has no weight: IPCC chief

Rajendra Kumar Pachauri, head of Nobel winning Inter-governmental Panel on Climate Change on Wednesday said that the international consultation and analysis clause in the Copenhagen Climate Accord carries no weight and in no way harms India's sovereignty. Pachauri also expressed dissatisfaction with the outcome of the Copenhagen summit.
