Cyclone Helen to hit coastal southern India: IMD

The Indian Meteorology Department (IMD) predicts a severe cyclonic storm in the next 24 hours (November 22) with strong winds, heavy rainfall and big tides already lashing along the coastal Andhra Pradesh.
