Defamation case: Ex-Army Chief VK Singh gets bail

Ex-Army Chief VK Singh along with four other officers has been granted bail on Friday in a criminal defamation case. VK Singh, Vice-Chief of Army Staff SK Singh, Lt Gen BS Thakur, Major General SL Narshiman and Lt Col Hitten Sawhney appeared before the court following a summon issued against them in the case filed by Lt Gen (retd) Tejinder Singh.
