Delhi HC blast: 1 arrested in Kolkata

An arrest has been made in Kolkata in connection with the Delhi High Court blast. The suspect was arrested from Bagnan Hospital in Howrah. He has been identified as Mohammed Afzal Tayeb and belongs to Nepal.
