Delhi HC tells ND Tiwari to give DNA sample

The Delhi high court has today ordered former Congress leader ND Tiwari, to provide a DNA sample in the paternity test suit filed by Rohit Shekhar that has stretched over several years. The high court has also said that the police can intervene, if necessary, to collect the DNA sample, as Mr Tiwari, who is in his 80s, has refused to do that so far.
