Diesel price hike is compulsion: V Narayanasamy

While UPA 2 is facing flak from the opposition parties for raising the price of diesel by Rs. 5, minister for parliamentary affairs Narayanasamy says it was compulsion to raise the price of fuel in order to prevent oil companies from being shut.
