Digambar Kamat to be sworn in today

Congress leader Digambar Kamat has emerged as the frontrunner for the Goa chief minister's post. Kamat is expected to take oath as the laeder for the next five months later in the day.Earlier, seeking to form government in Goa, the Congress was engaged in sorting out the issue of chief ministership amid indications of a sharp division of opinion among the newly-elected party MLAs on who should be their leader.
