Digvijaya congratulates Nitish for spliting with BJP

JD-U's split with BJP has made Congress happy more than anyone. Digivijaya Singh who has been given wider responsibilities by Congress president Sonia Gandhi congratulated Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar for his decision to pullout of alliance.
