District authorities in Orissa issue dengue alert

The tribal dominated Balisahi village of Orissa is on high alert after a case of dengue was detected in the region on July 25. Pramila Lima,22, complained of high fever, shivering and acute pain in the limbs. According to the doctors, she was found to be suffering from Malaria, which was later tested positive with Dengue. The doctors in the district hospital said that the villagers have been alerted and their blood samples have been collected.
