Food inflation to decline with good monsoons: Pranab

Citing the meteorological forecast of a favourable monsoon, Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee in New Delhi on Wednesday said the inflationary trends leading to rise in food prices and other essential commodities are expected to decline in the coming months. Admitting that a large chunk of people don't get the benefit of economic growth, Mukherjee urged upon the private sector to play a catalytic role in the process of inclusive growth.
