Gadkari attacks Congress over 'Chintan Shivir'

The Bharatiya Janata Party chief Nitin Gadkari on Sunday slammed the ruling Congress over the conducting of their 'Chintan Shivir', where Rahul Gandhi was elevated to the number two position in the party.
