Ganga crosses danger mark, alert issued

The incessant rainfall for last 24 hours in Haridwar made the river Ganga swell as the water rose up to the danger mark. Though the monsoon arrived a bit late this year, it has been raining non stop in certain areas making the rivers bulge and flooding the streets.
