German tourist rape: missing Bitti Mohanty, arrested

The police have arrested Bitti Mohanty, son of former Odisha DGP BB Mohanty. He was sentenced to seven years imprisonment for raping a German tourist in 2006 and has been absconding after he got 15 days parole to meet his mother.
