Health Minister appeals doctors not to leave AIIMS

Delivering a speech at a health exhibition held on the occasion of AIIMS' 54th Institute Day in New Delhi on Friday Health Minister of India Ghulam Nabi Azad appealed to the faculty and doctors of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences not to be lured by highly-paying private hospital jobs but stick on "for more satisfaction". The Minister who is also ex-officio president of AIIMS said he would like the doctors planning to leave AIIMS to stay back.
