HP Polls: Modi's all out attack on Congress

Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi on Monday launched a scathing attack on the Congress-led UPA government while campaigning in the poll-bound Himachal Pradesh. Addressing a rally in Mandi, Modi slammed Congress for handing out the responsibility of Himachal Pradesh to graft hit senior leader, Virbhadra Singh.
