India asks Pak to conform to international standards

India's junior Foreign Minister Anand Sharma on Friday said that Pakistan owes an explanation to the international community for allowing banned organizations to take out rallies in the areas under its control. Sharma however ruled out any forward movement in the confidence building measures adopted by the countries in the present scenario.
