India in contact with its nationals involved in UAE death row

Foreign Minister S M Krishna confirmed that his ministry, through the diplomatic channel, is in constant touch with the 17 Indians who have been sentenced to death in the United Arab Emirates. As for the Indians facing the gallows, Krishna mentioned that India had already announced that it would provide legal aid to the Indians facing death sentence in Sharjah.
