Despite continuous flak by opposition, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said on Friday that India is open to more talks with Pakistan, adding that a meaningful discussion could be possible if Islamabad puts a check on terrorism targeting India. Singh added that the decision to hold talks with Pakistan was a calculated one. Urging the Opposition not to mislead, he asserted that US President Barack Obama did not attempt to interfere in India-Pakistan relations.
