India maintains diplomatically safe stand over Musharraf’s return

Commenting over the highly watched homecoming of Pervez Musharraf back to Pakistan, India's ruling Congress maintained a diplomatically safe stand. Meanwhile, the BJP stated that the former President's return would not usher in any changes in Pakistan.
