India, Russia prepare for joint military exercise

A military delegation from India recently visited Russia's North Ossetia republic ahead of joint Russian-Indian military drill in October in India. Indian military officials toured firing grounds and garrisons of Russia's 58th army and watched live fire exercises and demonstrations of the military personnel skills. Russian-made T-90 tanks and new modifications of BMP-3 demonstrated their technical qualities at Tarskoe testing field, about 20 kilometers west of the capital Vladikavkaz.
