Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) Chairman G Madhavan Nair on Friday said that the country's first moon mission 'Chandrayaan' was scheduled to take off on April 9 next year. After Japan and China, India too is planning to join the race to explore the nearest heavenly body to earth. Meanwhile, ISRO also announced a tie-up with Tata Motors to launch a prototype of a Hydrogen-powered automobile next year.
