India, Singapore ink agreement to strengthen ties

India and Singapore have signed a pact in New Delhi on enhancing ties. The agreement was signed between Indian Foreign Minister Pranab Mukherjee and his Singapore counterpart George Yeo on the sidelines of the India-Singapore Joint Ministerial Committee (JMC), set up in 2007.
