India to sustain growth despite challenges PM

Despite global slow down, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has expressed optimism about India sustaining high economic growth. Singh is also hopeful of containing inflationary pressures without hurting the globalisation process. Speaking at an annual meeting of a leading industry lobby group in New Delhi on Monday, Singh expressed confidence of India emerging as one of the growth engines for the world economy.
