India to witness the darkest lunar eclipse tonight

India is set to witness the darkest lunar eclipse of the century today, with duration of 100 minutes, considered to be one of the longest till date. The total lunar eclipse will begin at around 11.30 p.m. and continue till early Thursday. The magnitude of one of the relatively rare total lunar eclipses will be 1.70 magnitude. Meanwhile, astrologers predict India-China relations to be affected, due to the ongoing Brahmaputra river issue. According to them, India has been advised to stay alert to maintain cordial ties with its neighbours.
