India welcomes Cancun climate change deal

India would play its part in arriving at a pragmatic and balanced solution to the targets set at the Cancun conference on climate change, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said this on after holding talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Berlin on Saturday. On United Nations reforms, Singh said that India and Germany would work together for the expansion of the Security Council.
