India will maintain its growth rate: Timothy Geithner

Timothy Geithner, the US Secretary of Treasury, presently on a brief visit to New Delhi expressed confidence that India would maintain its growth rate in the future. He said this while addressing a meeting of the Confederation of India Industry (CII) in the national capital, on Tuesday. Montek Singh Ahluwalia, Deputy Chairman of India's Planning Commission also addressed this conclave of India's apex corporate forum.Ahluwalia said that India and US share many sectors of common interest.
