Indo-Pak talks would be unsuccessful without Kashmiris: Hizbul

While both India and Pakistan are looking forward to foreign minister level talks to be held in New Delhi on July 26, Kashmiri militant group Hizbul-Mujahedin has claimed that the talks would yield "zero" result if Kashmiris are not included in the dialogue. Addressing a large crowd recently in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK), head of the militant outfit Syed Salahuddin said the talks between both the nations held in past ended in failure due to absence of Kashmiri representation.
