'Issues with Pak should be addressed head on'

India's National Security Adviser, Shivshankar Menon, has said the government must address the issues with Pakistan head on without any emotional basis. Tensions have been prevailing between the two nations after regular violations of 2003 ceasefire agreement by Pakistan in Kashmir since August this year.
