It's the law and order taking its course: RK Singh

President Pranab Mukherjee had rejected the mercy petition of Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru on February 3, leading to his hanging on Saturday, Union home secretary RK Singh said on Saturday. He added that the law and order is taking its course in the country, while talking to reporters in New Delhi.
