Jayalalitha appeals Karunanidhi to visit Sri Lanka

Chief of Tamil Nadus' main opposition, AIADMK on Wednesday appealed chief minister to visit Sri Lanka in order to initiate talks with the Tamil rebels. The Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa has invited a delegation from Tamil Nadu led by M Karunanidhi and Jayalalitha to see the situation on the ground in northern Sri Lanka.
