JLF: restriction on Pak diplomats mere 'coincidence'

Clarifying that the denial of permission to two Pakistani diplomats to travel to Rajasthan for the Jaipur Literature Festival had nothing specific to do with the festival, union foreign minister Salman Khurshid has said that the decision was just a "coincidence".
