Kanimozhi, D Raja takes oath

Kanimozhi, daughter of Tamil Nadu state chief M Karunanidhi, was on Thursday sworn in as member of the upper house of Indian parliament. Kanimozhi was elected to the upper house from her home-state Tamil Nadu. D Raja of Communist Party also took oath. Raja was also elected from Tamil Nadu in the recently held elections to the upper house.
