The Kashmir Economic Alliance (KEA), an outfit of traders, industrialists and transporters in Kashmir has sought the withdrawal of Armed Forces Special Power Act (AFSPA) from the state. KEA chief Muhammad Yasin Khan said that unrest in the valley might resume if the Central Government doesn't withdraw the act. Chief minister Omar Abdullah has also been demanding the same and met key Union ministers on Monday to push for the withdrawal of the act.
