Khap threatens IFS officer over lower caste marriage

Neelam Sharma is an IFS officer posted at the Indian Embassy in Moscow. Her fiancee is ADM Godhra. But their marriage is being opposed by the Khap panchayats for being of different caste. The Supreme Court ban on Khap panchayats have clearly not reined them in.
