Lokpal is a vital legal tool: Kiran Bedi

Reacting over former President Dr APJ Abdul Kalam's views on Lokpal Bill, Team Anna member Kiran Bedi on Wednesday said that a top-down and bottom-up approach should be used in the process of creating an effective legal system. Bedi further added that there is a need of a stronger legal tool to ensure speedy justice.
